整間公寓雖然不是新穎的大樓，但是經過改造後，明亮的採光搭配紗簾讓光線變得更柔和，色彩鮮明的牆壁加上溫暖的木地板，讓整個空間更像一個適合居住的家。客廳非常寬敞，藍綠色的牆面有一點異國風情，是大家喜歡聚集的地方，坐在沙發上，播放一首愉快的音樂，就是好朋友們一起聊天休息的美好下午。
Although it is not in a really modern building, we redesign it to have wonderful lighting and colors. It looks a lot like a home. There is a spacious living room which welcomes friends to stop by. It is the ideal place for everyone to spend quality time together.

This apartment is really close to NTNU、NTU、NTUST and NCCU. You can get these universities by MRT and direct buses. If you are looking for both quiet and also convenient place, it is definitely your best choice. Within 5 minutes you can get to the nearest bus station, Wanlong MRT station and supermarket. Also, there are a lots of restaurants one station away. You can also have dinner and go shopping in night market nearby.
