Zuyou provides an online platform that connects landlords who have accommodations to list and rent with tenants seeking to rent such accommodations (collectively, the “Services“), which Services are accessible at www.zuyou.com.tw and any other websites through which Airbnb makes the Services available (collectively, the “Site“).
“Tenants” means a Member who requests from a landlord of renting of a Listing via the Site.
“Landlord” means a Member who creates a Listing via the Site.
Any payment made on Zuyou would be transferred to the landlord on behalf of tenant on the designated date reducing the service fee.
The online contract on Zuyou has referred to the new version of standard contract from the Taiwan government, any new rules created should not violate it.
Zuyou reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Site to modify these Terms, including the Posting Fees, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or provide you notice of the modification by email.
The Site are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Zuyou does not endorse any Member, listing or accommodation. You understand that panorama photo are intended only to indicate a photographic representation of the accommodation at the time the photograph was taken. Any references in the Site to a Member being “verified” (or similar language) only indicate that the Member has completed a relevant verification or identification process, and does not represent anything else. Any such description is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Zuyou about any Member, including of the Member’s identity and whether the Member is trustworthy, safe or suitable. Instead, any such description is intended to be useful information for you to evaluate when you make your own decisions about the identity and suitability of others whom you contact or interact with via the Site.
We are not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other Members.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.
Should there be any discrepancy or contradiction in between, the Chinese version will be the basis of consideration prior to the English translation for terms of service.
